After they get pulled over and the cop lets them go, why do the cops try to pull them over again? And how does chris farley get away so easily?

He probably called in the cop car and it was reported as stolen and farleys cop car had nitro boosters.

The name Farley gives is Jack Mehoff. The officer took a little while to get the joke.
