Tommy Boy is nothing like black sheep though (very braindead ish i thought)

yes it is a sequel. However , they changed Chris' name from Tom Callahan to Mike Donnelly and David Spade's Richard to Steve Dodd. Oh, and they moved from Ohio to Washington.

Not to mention they gave him an older brother and dropped the auto parts manufacturing business. Other than that though it's totally a sequel, lol
