Is that just APPALING or what?? There's even f--king eyeballs in the thing, it seems(!) To me, someone raised on Kraft Dinner with Hot Dogs cut up in it and completely ignorant to "Real" cuisine, I can only guess at what the hell that's supposed to be or how delicious it may happen to be, in reality, but to me that just looks horrific. An entire pig... served with fruit. Gross. But again...what do I know??

To me the theme is about compromising your integrity to make a living.

In every dish you strive to hit every flavor. Sweet, salty, savory, etc. Salty pork and sweet fruit are perfect together.
