Yeah i too would have liked to see a scene at Burger World or the mention of nachos.

But "why"?

Just cos something is in the TV show, does not mean it should be in the movie too.
If Mike had a vaild reason to include something, then yes. But to force something in just cos it was in the show would be wrong.
