Am I the only one who thought that Beavis's dad was really friggen' scary? In fairness Butt-head's dad is pretty nasty looking too, but I'd just say he's ugly not 'scary.' I dunno why, but Beavis's dad looks like the kind of guy who would go around in a van that says "FREE CANDY" or the kind of guy who'd stalk your wife. For some reason whenever I see this movie and they first show him I feel a little uncomfortable.

Beavis' dad reminded me of Gollum as in small, ugly, and when he cowered after Butthead's dad punched him.

Butt-Head's father and Beavis' father are the same guy. The guy you're referring to as Beavis' father wasn't anyone's father, because he never "scored."
