Who would win a fight between Todd and Buzzcut?

If Todd and Mr. Buzzcut crossed paths and got into a huge brawl, who do you think would prevail? I think Buzzcut would be victorious. Todd comes off as a typical high school bully who only picks on people he knows are weaker than him, whereas Buzzcut seems like a veritable badass!

Buzzcut was a Marine. Have you ever met a Marine? They are total badasses. 100% of them. Todd was just a dumbass punk. Buzzcut would destroy Todd and then his wannabe gang friends. Buzzcut wouldnt even break a sweat.
