3.1? Really?
Not a good movie for sure but this movie is tons of fun!!! Come on, it's a parody of serious films like Casablanca.
NOT EVERY MOVIE NEEDS TO BE DARK AND SURIOUS AND IT WAS THE FREAKING 90s!!!!
Easily 6.x/10 rating-wise IMO.

judging by the amount of fun i gave it at least 8/10....if anyone else expects more than a end-time trash fun actioner that person suffers from a serious lack of intelligence....i bought the bluray and did not regret it for one second

Given it a 7 because it was entertaining and was exactly what it set out to be.
It didn't have any ideas above it's station and was just dumb fun for an hour and a half, but still quite well made for no-brainer sci-fi/action flick and for me (at least) it's stood the test of time nearly 20 years later... I think if exactly the same film was released today, it would fare a lot better.
Just my opinion tho!

shareI agree, gave it a 6 myself. It could be better and you wonder what Robert Rodriguez and/or a bigger budget would have produced - perhaps it was actually a little ahead of it's time?

For its genre, a definate 9.1/10. Compared to Casablanca, 3.1 is even a little high. A great, fun movie to watch. Thank you Pam, you made it easy to appreciate.
