What a damn joke!!!

Ok so I work the overnight shift for a Hilton in Houston Texas and on slow nights I have a lot of free time so I was flippping through the channels and this movie came up on TBS. My first reaction was oh wow Mariel Hemingway Oscar Nominee this should be pretty decent......boy was I wrong.......

This is the biggest joke of a movie I have ever watched! The best part about it was seeing Micheal Pare' butt-ass naked at the end. Do people actually think that this is good material, what kind of directors are these? Not very smart ones thats for sure. God Mariel must have been really desperate to do this movie she sure has gone down hill since her Oscar nominated role in Manhattan in 1979.

This kind of stuff is only good if your high as a kite and you want a good laugh. It saddens me that people make stuff like this, They probably spent more money making the film then what the film actually made, I bet this director went broke for sure!!! God people get a clue if its not good material dont put it out for people to watch and criticize even tho people in this world critisize everything, but this definily deserves some bad critisizm!

LOL. I love these stupid people writing reviews of things where they just say "IT WAS WORST FILM EVER, SO STUPID, HAVE TO BE HIGH TO LIKE IT" without any kind of justification. Yeah, that's a useful review.

The English will not be pushed around much longer...

You know why you saw it on TBS?? Because there are actually people who enjoy this movie... Obviously its a b-horror film and its not about the acting of Mariel or Michael Pare its about the the dog (Thor) and him protecting his family against the werewolf. Do you honestly think they were thinking about winning an oscar when they were filming this? Its a werewolf movie not gone with the wind....

No...I wouldn't say you did. Why? You have no point. You gave no actual reasons for WHY you disliked this movie. You just dislike it and believe anyone has to be high to enjoy it. Okay, sure. That, combined with your terrible grammar and spelling errors, makes it impossible to take your opinion seriously. You know what's REALLY a joke? This review is.

Bad Moon is certainly not a bad movie. Is it an Oscar-winner? No. Though, it's a pretty well-made werewolf flick and one of my favorites. The acting is fair, the score is good, and the special effects are fantastic. That was one truly terrifying werewolf.

Lastly, I could not agree more with what brodiebruce_405 said.

Is any review ever even useful in the first place? If you have your own opinion who really gives two-hoots what joe-whatever thought.

If anything the only real useful things such as reviews are good for is starting a discussion of opinions, and in these cases where the "reviewer" never really defends his POV, there's nothing of value nor anything to discuss.

Gamefaqs has a far worse population than IMDB
