GOOF IN AMITYVILLE DOLLHOUSE

Did anyone notice the goof in this movie?
Well, I will tell you,the eldest son is in the bedroom listening to his Hi-Fi with the headphones on, he hears a noise coming from somewhere, he gets off the bed to investigate, all of a sudden the music goes loud in his headphones, he tries to turn the volume down on his Hi-Fi, nothing doing, it doesn't work, so he pulls the headphone lead out of the Hi-Fi, and guess what, no loud music.
What happened to the music, if you pull out the headphones you will hear music.

The eldest lad's girlfriend is burning on the floor in the living room, now in the kitchen, the boyfriend is making a drink in the blender, it has a lot of booze in it, he comes into the living room and throws the booze on his girlfriend to put out the fire, now if you throw booze on someone the fire will go higher, wrong or right?
