Does anyone else agree that this is the best movie in the history of mankind? Wbo says sequals are never better than the original.

I wouldn't agree it's the best movie or that it's better then the original. But I do feel this is a pretty good sequel, especially when you compare it to all the other sequels that's been released.

It isn't the best movie ever, but although I was disappointed with it, I did like the sequel on the most part. The voices were good especially Ernest Borgnine, the songs are pleasant, and I liked Sasha. However, I felt it was rushed, and the animation and the story suffered. Despite some very menacing voice work from George Hearn, Red was much too scary for my liking, I always hated the part where he eats the rat. I also thought, no offense to Hearn, that perhaps someone like Tim Curry would be better suited to the part. I will say that despite two or three flaws, the first film is definitely better, with much better production values and excellent characters, especially King Gator and Anne Marie. However, I didn't like the songs very much, and the story was a little unfocused at times, plus children may find some scenes like the ending upsetting, though I will say the ending is very sad.
In conclusion, I disagree that it's the best movie ever, but I did enjoy it more than the Secret of Nimh sequel, the original is one of my favourites, and that sequel is just awful, only redeemed by the talented voice cast. Out of 10, I gave ADGTH2 a 6.

"All Dogs Go to Heaven 2" may not be the "best movie ever", but it's CERTAINLY an improvement over the first "All Dogs" in many ways, especially in the easier-to-follow storytelling, songs, characters and mood. :)

I remember seeing All Dogs Go To Heaven 2 when I got it for free with a Pizza Hut promotion and even though I had seen All Dogs Go To Heaven in parts this movie was better plus it had my favorite singer Sheena Easton providing the voice of Sasha who I liked because Sasha is my favorite name due to WWE wrestler Sasha Banks. I thought Charlie Sheen was a great replacement for Burt Reynolds to provide Charlie's voice because not only does Charlie Barkin's voice sound cute and make him handsome Charlie Sheen shares the same name as Charlie too. But instead of Ann-Marie David was a fine replacement but was very annoying at times but Noah Wylie did a great job voicing him. It's hard to believe that this movie would be the next in a trilogy of All Dogs Go To Heaven plus the pilot for a cartoon series but it's a fun sequel to watch
