I think this movie was very similiar to Home Alone, especially the last scenes were the villains get hit, shocked, falls into cow manure

Well John Hughes wrote both films so I guess that's why. Come to think of it, I also remember seeing villains get hit in Beethoven and Ferris Bueller's Day Off. He must really like having the bad guys get hit.

Just the way the bad guys just get progessively more beat up and then are hauled away together looking all gungy was the same as Home Alone.
