Is it Just me or?

I remember a scene where they are dancing in the first class dining room. as far as I can recall they was NO dancing floor in the First Class dining room. Plus, the ettiquite for the many female ladies for the period was awful!

I've noticed those things too.

I noticed that, too. The costumes for the female actors are pretty neat, but they don't come off as Edwardian females to me.

RIGHT! NO DANCE FLOOR! That bugged me A LOT!

Me too! I also did not like how they portrayed Molly Brown. I prefer the one shown in James Cameron's version. Also, the first class would not have danced the tango. That was a dance found in the brothels of Argentina and they would not have known the steps for it. It was not until after World War I that the tango became a ballroom dance.

Wrong. The tango was danced in Europe and America around this time, but it wouldn't have been performed by just everyone in 1912. It wasn't until the Castles made it "refined" (ca 1913) that it became acceptable by those in high society.
