What plot would you have written

Personally I thought that Egg and Milly being together ruined the main source of potentially conflict, especially as Rachel wasn't going to be there. Also thought many of the conflicts were too contrived, such as Miles and Egg's argument about Miles having voted conservative.

I thought Miles's new wife was a bad idea and casting, couldn't see the point. Also when did him and the gang fall out to the degree that he wouldn't have invited them to the wedding?

I would have had Egg and Milly having split up after Miles's wedding. Milly would have pursued her career and been sucessful but unfufilled. Egg would be married with a book and a child, whilst still holding a torch for Milly.

Anna would naturally be single and a hot shot barrister.

Didn't buy the idea of Miles having quit the law and if he did he was surely too clever to have blown it all by not having his company and personal assets separate.

Miles's marriage would have ended as a result of an affair with Anna, it later to be revealed that Anna had an abortion after they split without telling him, causing conflict between everyone.

Would also have liked to have seen Jo and Kira turn up, happily settled down. They could have been the stable ones amidst the madness.

Don't know what to do with Warren, life coaching made sense for him so could keep this bit.
