DVD music substitutions

I was watching This Life repeats on BBC 2 when it was being shown a few months ago in the run-up to the +10 special (rubbish, by the way). However I missed some episodes so I bought the DVD to catch up, and it says on the back of the box that some music substitutions have been made.

I know this happens with DVD releases of TV shows because of rights issues. I was wondering if anyone knows of list of what substitutions have been made? I did notice while watching the DVDs that a lot of the background music seemed somewhat generic, but I don't know individual episodes well enough to be sure what's missing and where.

(Don't worry, "Love Is In The Air" is intact in the second season ending!)

I know that in the last episode, where Miles has his last dinner in the house, the music used to be 'Walking after you' by the Foo Fighters. Now its something different and instrumental. It was weird, beacause i was waiting for that song to be played and it didn't come...
