What's your favorite volume of Superman: The Animated Series? My favorite is volume two because it has "World's Finest."

Volume 3, because its the only one with Supergirl
shareVolume 3 definitely. I loved the Darkseid story arc that ran throughout this volume, especially in Apokolips Now! and Legacy (my favorite episode).
shareDefinetely Vol. 3 for me. Knight Time is an awesome episode and hilarious at the same time. Plus it had Supergirl make an appearance or two.

I can't believe I forgot to mention Knight Time. That was one of the funniest and most enjoyable episodes in the entire DCAU. And yeah, I also loved Supergirl in this series.
share1) Volume Two - because it's the volume that, in my opinion, had the most best episodes on it. It's also the voulume with the most appearances by the best villians. Also Steel makes his debut on this volume.
2) Volume One - because it's the one that starts it all. It has Superman's origin, first encounters with some of his best villians. Basically all the episodes that establish everything. We even get a couple Lobo appearances and it has one of the best guest hero episodes where Superman meets The Flash.
3) Volume Three - some great epic episodes on this volume and it's always nice to see Supergirl. However the most guest hero episodes are on this volume. Not that there's anything wrong with that it's just I liked Superman interacting with "his" characters better than with guest heroes. Still this volume has got Legacy on it which is still one of the best Superman and DCAU stories ever told.
