I'd have to say Livewire. I didn't like her very much. Before she becomes Livewire she is just some woman who has a show on the radio and seems to hate Superman for no reason. She just doesn't make sense to me.

Mr. Mxyzplk. He was just an annoying powerful elf that just liked to play tricks. There was really no motivation/purpose of him.
shareI hated Livewire too. Super irritating character, plus characters get shocked in the DCAU enough without adding her too it.
And Lori Petty sounds like a little boy, who's an asshat to his parents in this.
