Is it implied that Braniac blew up Krypton? The more I watch the first episode and the episode Stolen Memories the more I think that it looks like Braniac blew up Krypton.

No. Krypton's desctruction was only the catalyst that sent Brainiac into the universe. Brainiac didn't cause it; he just let it happen.

Yeah, he knew it was going to happen and made sure that the Council wouldn't believe Jor-El because he thought that they'd put him to work trying to evacuate the planet. He knew it would happen a lot sooner than Jor-El calculated it would and figured any hope of evacuation was hopeless so he just said "screw it, I'm out of here".
