Tuxedo Mask

Mamoru/Darien/Tuxedo Mask: He was actually killed in his flight but they didn't show his actually death till episode 197. (I think...yea!)

Inner Senshi: All horribly killed in episode 196.

Outer Senshi: They all had their Star Seeds taken in episode 197. But Saturn and Pluto died in episode 197 while Neptune and Uranus died in episode 198.

Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon: She died in episode 200 when Chaos shattered Sailor Moon's sword. Then she later came back. (You know...when Usagi's naked and everybody comes back in a circle...something like that. : P)

P.S.: Surpiselingly, after all of those Senshi/Princess Kakkyu got their Star Seeds taken, we haven't even seen the Starlights' Star Seed. (Execpt when Iron Mouse TRIED to take Seyia's Star Seed...But failed)And THEY'RE the one's that wanted to destroy Galaxia in the first place!

And Sailormoon got her Star Seed taken TWICE (episode 193 and 199-200) yet it was returned and she didn't disappear.

mamoru dies early on, they just dont show the fight betwee him and galxia until later, sorry i dont know the episode for that, but yeah the episode where the senshi (scouts) die is like 197, 198, 199. and the last ep is 200
