Wait! Sarah Michelle Gellar almost casted..

As Sabrina. It's funny because I always thought....being that I have always been a fan of bth Sabrina, the teenage with and Vampire Slayer; what if bth actresses played each other's role.
So I googled and found out that Gellar was originally offered the role for Sabrina but turned it down, because she like Buffy better. Honestly, I can so see Gellar having banter with Salem. Anyone else think Gellar would have played the role of Sabrina just as well?

I'm so glad she wasn't. She was meant to be Buffy. Sarah wasn't wholesome enough to truly "who hoo" - maybe that's why Buffy had the sarcastic one?

Casted? Does the little red line appear when you write that? Because that's not a word.

Well, when I'm bored and on IMDB--spelling words correctly the way I would on a college term paper is not exactly something I consider.
I did not know that IMDB required perfect spelling and that you were appointed the spell check moderator, but I think I can get some sleep tonight being that you pointed that out to me. Condescending prick. Did I spell that right? Is that a word?

I dont think SMG would have been a good choice for Sabrina. She proved to be a good choice for Buffy, but as an actress she has been shown to be pretty limited in her range.

MJH would have been an perfectly okay choice for Buffy, but she couldnt have used her primary talent - humor - as much. Buffy certainly is a character with a humorous dimension - all BtVS characters are - but Buffy was most of the time a pretty ramboesque, straightforward character. Thats the interesting thing about BtVS, the lead characters are actually the most boring ones. Its true for the show that spawned from BtVS, Angel, too.

I would agree sarah was a great choice for buffy and melissa was perfect as sabrina.

I believe you can just say "was almost cast." One of those odd words that kind of works for any tense.
