i may be wrong, but doesnt one of there kids go blind somehow?
shareyup, the oldest boy gets shot. It was over (i can't remember exactly) 3 to 5 episodes, some from Touched by and Angel. Monica the Angel takes him to help her clean up a neighbourhood, in the end he gets shot in the shoulder and somehow loses his eyesight (i can't remember if this was a one or two part episode). The next episode of Promised Land, he was in a school for the blind, and then the next they were either in Mexico or New Mexico and he was feeling sorry for himself, in the end of this episode he realizes he could be worse off, and starts to see shadows and light. By the next episode he can see almost everything again, and the next he is completly alright.

shareThey were from Season 1, and the episodes were "Running Scared", "Amazing Grace", "Downsized", "Outrage", and "Intolerance".
shareThanks for the info, I didn't realize why he way blind and it bothered me because it felt like i missed some episodes. Wonder if Hallmark ever plays the episodes of Touched by an Angel
