I missed the explanation for why Lauren and Carlin killed themselves. I understand everything else in the episode, just not the suicides. If anybody can explain that for me, that'd be awesome. Thanks.
shareI believe they killed themselves because they didn't want to be part of their fathers plan, or that they couldn't cope with the thought of the apocalypse.
What I don't understand is why they killed themselves the way they did. Why all the symbols and lining up of the lamp posts and whatnots.
I guess I need to see the episode again some day, there's a good chance i missed something important.
