Favorite episodes of seasons 2 and 3.
When I first became aware of Millennium, it was 1997, I was 12 years old and a huge fan of the X-Files, back then, I watched several episodes of Millennium but I wasn’t really into the show, I only watched it because it was Chris Carter’s new series. I guess I wasn’t mature enough for Millennium in those days, because recently I watched seasons 2 and 3 on TV ( and immediately purchased these seasons on DVD) and instantly became a fan, I still think The X Files is one of the best shows in the history of television, but if someone asks me today which one I prefer, I think my reply will be: Millennium.
When it comes to favorite seasons, I have to say that I only watched few episodes of season 1, but they didn’t appeal much to me, I thought they were too brutal, violent and felt like episodic versions of the movie Seven, not really my thing. Season 2 is my favorite, I really enjoy what Morgan and Wong brought to the series, I don’t care if the conspiracies shown in “Owls” and “ Roosters” ( and even the Mark Snow score) was X-Files-like. And I think that the Lara Means meltdown scene at the season finale ( with Patti Smith playing at the back) was a bit too long, but it didn’t ruin that great episode, although I felt that the way they did it gave the impression that her breakdown was more important than Catherine’s death, which was not, at least for me ( fortunately we could see how her final moments were like in “The Sound of Snow”). Season 3 for me only really starts at episode 10, “ Borrowed Time” which in my opinion is one of the most moving episodes of the series ( that scene where Frank talks to God, begging him to spare Jordan’s life almost brought me to tears) and from that episode on the season becomes really good. Anyway here are my top ten favorites from seasons 2 and 3.

That’s just my opinion ( season 1 I cant really say because I haven’t watched all the episodes) I would like to know if anyone agrees with anything that I said.
