Collatoral Damage Episode

I finished watching the collatoral damage episode and found some things interesting:
1. The Millenieum group is active in more that just supporting the FBI, they seem to be involved in every aspect of government including the defense department.
2. Peter Watts is so indoctrinated by the Millenium cult that he is willing to sacrifice his daughter and hold back information as oppossed to working with the FBI, and even go so far as to call in Millenieum to back him up without letting the FBI knew, all the while gathering information to provide to the group and using Frank to not save his daughter, but to protect the group.
3. Is interesting to see how others view the Millenium group, what the FBI knows about the group or their intentions is debatable, most of the time the FBI seems to turn a blind eye to Millenieum in exchange for the forensic resources they provide, which maybe limited. Based on the groups desire for secrecy, they may hold back certain details and information which they may feel would benefit them in some capacity some time down the road or cover up their criminal activities they are trying to hide in order to achieve their goals, which the viewers do not fully know.

One thing I found far-fetched was his daughter killing her kidnapper at the end considering she was infected by a bio-weapon. Given she has not ate or drank anything and suffered from the symptoms of said bio-weapon, which include blood loss and skin sores, I highly doubt she would be able to take down her kidnapper, who is not affected by anything, in addition to having a bio-weapons team available considering that the FBI is now dealing with a Bio-Weapon. Those are a few aspects I found far-fetched.
