Did Lucy Butler have a Secret Daughter?

I just watched the episode Anti Pas and when Frank was going over Lucy Butler's background, he mentioned that she had daughter whom she believed that she killed. He also mentioned that she killed Belcher, which was in season 1, however did not mention her activities in season 2, which seemed odd because she was kidnapping young boys.

So was her daughter mentioned in Season 1? I seem to recall that she had a husband that was she was alleged to have killed, however, not the daughter. For the most part the writers kept her story arch consistant, however the daughter seems like an anomally and I am not sure if it is something that I missed during her debut episode.
