Episode with a lady ghost appearing to one of the characters

Hey,

I used to watch this when I was a kid (I was born in 1991 and this aired from 96 to 00). I remember watching this episode that scared the *beep* out of me where one of the characters (Im pretty sure it was not Frank) had visions of a ghost (an old lady) through several days.

This is all I remeber, I hope is enough for someone to tell me which episode was it so I can re view it.

Hey there,
Not sure but a hunch - but you may have watched the X-Files ep called Avatar. It involved AD Skinner being haunted by what Mulder assumes is a Succubus but turns out to be a spirit warning him. Loved that ep, I think it aired around the same time as Millennium too.
