The ending

I used to watch this show a few years ago and remember being told that the last ever episode was coming up soon. I missed it and never found out what happened. Does it end like the film with him going back to being a boy? Or does it have a different ending? Please let me know! Thanks

Judy and Peter and Alan run from a lion who, evidently, had been chasing Alan since he was a kid in the game. They escape into a cave where they see a crystal that shows them all their past adventures. It keeps going back and back...and back...all of a sudden they begin to see Alan playing the game for the first time. They finally get to see his clue. At that moment, the lion breaks into the cave....it turns it has been mad for a long time because it had a thorn in its paw. Alan realizes that his clue had been to get it out. They managed to, and the lion stops being mad......and Alan has solved his clue!!

They all get out of the game...and Aunt Nora seems to take a liking to Alan. So, yeah, in the end they DO finally get him out. Cool, huh?

Yup, as you've seen the show does have a finale to it. Which is good, I hate it when we get a show that has a purpose and ends up never being resolved - when shows are to end, it's good to conclude them.

Omg! i remember seeing that one!!!
can't remember any others though, it's been off air for so long!

ooh! i remember one that mentioned 20,000 leagues under the sea.

I'm not a big fan of series finales because they tend to be rushed and a lot of them never resolve everything that took place in the show. Though I thought the last episode was good, I don't know I just felt something bigger should've have happened. Oh well, at least some guy on fanfiction started a story based on the series.
