Is she working virtually?

I can see that the bailiff and the parties are in the courtroom but when the camera is on her, it looks like a bad CGI. Also they don't show long shots of her at the bench any more.

Is she not in the courtroom herself like People's Court is doing?

Don't be silly. Its not legal to hold a hearing in the private home of a judge. It must be done in a court of law
