She comes off as someone who thinks everyone who comes before her is a moron. I like Marilyn Milian a lot better. She can be stern, but she comes off as a LOT nicer.

And I say that as someone who can't stand her show. It's obviously made for the nasty judgmental viewers out there, the ones who aspire to tell off everyone in their lives the way Judge Judy does.
