Do republicans watch this show?

I am genuinely interested if republicans watch this show or shows like Real Time or Last Week Tonight?
I am really curious if there are and republican viewers, and if so why do they watch a show so clearly to left.

Yes. I lean Republican (though I would never vote for a scumbag like Trump, and Trump's not a Republican anyway) and I am a Daily Show viewer from 1996-1999 and 2015-present.

That's like asking non-communists why they lived in Russia's breakaway republics like the Ukraine back in 1991, if they didn't enjoy decades of totalitarian communist Soviet rule.

The Daily Show was created an non-partisan news satire comedy show that mocked the mainstream media brilliantly. It was never "meant" to EXCLUSIVELY focus on politics or promote a leftist viewpoint. Jon Stewart HIJACKED The Daily Show in the early 2000s and made it that way. Now that that scumbag Stewart is gone, we can finally have OUR show back. Slowly but surely, we are purging The Daily Show of Stewart's Democrat Party propaganda. It has a difficult and long process, however. Jessica Williams is now gone and Stewart lackey Larry Wilmore is next on the chopping block, so progress IS being made. A lot of Stewart's scumbag writers are still on the show, feeding Trevor garbage like "let's lecture the audience that they should all vote for Hillary". We will eventually get back the TRUE Daily Show, just as the Ukrainians slowly got back their way of life.

or shows like Real Time

I would never watch Bill Maher, he is in the same camp as Stewart. The different is Maher created his own show to spew leftist propaganda, instead of hijacking someone else's show under false pretenses. Both Maher and Stewart laughably claim to be "independent" and not Democrat Party shrills though. It would be like Rush Limbaugh claiming he's "not a conservative Republican" because he occasionally criticizes John McCain for not being right-wing enough.

Moreso when Stewart was hosting, but yeah, and Colbert, and Oliver, but I am not that Republican. I am not religious, and support universal healthcare, but I vote Republican because I am white and I have to support my people.

I hope you're joking with that last comment.

I like Bill Maher and John Oliver, but had to give up watching their shows for the time being - until the election is over.

Too much one sided irrational Trump-hate bores me.

I remember they did the same thing to Ross Perot - and he turned out to be right about everything!
