Jordan Klepper shows that he would have been a far better choice on hosting The Daily Show than Trevor.

I thought he seemed extremely uncomfortable. Not that he might not be able to adjust eventually if needed, but I think Desi or Roy could substitute. Maybe if he co-hosted with Roy like the intro sketches they have done in the past. Jordan is best when he is partnered with Roy. Credit where it is due though, his best joke was the Africa Jokes follow-up.

I thought he did okay but I don't think he could host the show indefinitely like that... for one episode it's probably fine but other than that he'd get annoying.

I disagree. He was nervous and it showed. Jordan does much better in the man on the street segments where he is free to take the Mickey out of people for our enjoyment.

Really appreciated last night's show with Trevor back! I don't want to pile on to Jordan I think he was just uncomfortable and I agree the man on the street segments are good. But, my question is couldn't almost anyone do man on the street segments?

I'm sure many people could do those segments. However, I do think it requires a certain quality though. You need to have the confidence and courage to be rude to someone's face, yet charming and unassuming enough to not have them react badly to you.

I guess it helps that the Trump fans they have on those segments are too stupid to realize they're being made fun of.

He did an OK job filling in Trevor for one episode, but he is a Stewart hire and therefore CANNOT be trusted. He is also no Craig Kilborn.

I agree. Jordan Klepper is funny. No one remembers Kilborn anymore.
