He's not quite there yet as Stephen Colbert and john Oliver are, but he's getting close. They are all Slavophobic. They are disgusting actually.

And as for Putin not laughing often, that's offensive to all the slavic peoples. Slavs have that thing where if you laugh when there's nothing funny, then you must be a retard. I frankly see this as being more logical than american approach to laughing which is always and even at the doors, cows, and colors. It's a cultural thing, it's normal, so stop bringing it up, and stop misinterpreting it like a moron, cause you are effectively making fun of all of the slavs - which is about third of europe, and it's NOT FUNNY.
