Wrongful Termination
I've always felt Travolta's character was unjustly fired. He was given very vague instructions on making the delivery- "Go to the side of the house, someone will meet you." He wasn't told to go to a specific entrance, or who to look for, and he was kept waiting. The curtains were left open to the bedroom.
I think he had a case and should have sought some kind of legal counsel... much better than what he chose to do.
