The songs called 'A big day in the North' by The Heads, feat: Deborah Harry.

Actually its by Black Grape and features on the album "It's great when you're straight"

For some reason, on some versions it's No Talking Just Head, while on the VHS it's Black Grape's song. Probably because of rights issues or just the song's content... But then again I remember another version opening with "Party Man". Odd...
