Virtual Reality training, and Nano Technology
Whether people may have thought this movie was too campy, or 'lame' or what, this movie is built on some very interesting and inventive ideas, especially at the time it was released. Which on it's own, makes it pretty underrated. Even the special effetcs looked unique in there own strange way (I remember thinking when i first saw it, anyway.)
