This movie is impressive because the actors are splendid! Although a little old it still has a remarkable worth of watch with it's suspense sci-fi, story line.

I agree. The IMDB rating is ridiculously low. This movie came out in 1995 and it still holds up for the most part. Also, it's clear that this inspired The Matrix, which I'm sure many people would refuse to admit.

I believe "Demolition man" inspired this film as well
