Was what Keyser Soze did all for nothing?
I've watched this movie at least four or five times and from what I get of it is that Keyser Soze (Kevin Spacey) set this all up to kill that one man on the boat who was capable of identifying him, but at the end the cop discovers Verbal is Soze, so they now have all his fingerprints, mugshots and history to identify him. Now, law enforcement has more on Soze than they would've had had Soze just let the guy on the boat go through with ratting him out. Why would Soze even involve himself personally with the other four guys and their attack on the boat.
Maybe I'm missing something, but Soze doesn't come off as the brilliant criminal mastermind as he's portrayed to be. Is this just a very flawed movie that falls apart when you think too deep about it.
