The opening scene pee

Who peed on the flames? In the end we see that the fire wasn't stopped and the boat exploded.

It was Verbal/Soze. I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say with your second sentence. No, the fire wasn't stopped with the peeing. We see it burning behind Keaton and next to McManus, and Soze also drops a lit cigarette after shooting Keaton.

I thought he lit the cigarette which started the fire, then went up and stopped the fire with his pee, so I was wondering how the boat blew up when the pee saved everyone :D

There already was a fire before Keaton started a fire with his matches. Like I said, then Soze came along and peed out Keaton's fire and when he left he started another fire with his cigarette.

Actually, if you want to get the sequence right, he peed on the deck in front of Keaton first, then shot Keaton, then threw the cigarette away to start the fire. If you really thought that the pee was ever intended to stop the fire, you weren't paying attention.
