when and where did the burned Hungarian see Keyser?

said he looked him in the eye, when and where? I didn't catch that moment or possible one

We never saw that moment, but I'm sure it happened when he was shooting people, maybe even himself, on the boat.

I think Keaton was the Hungarian who was left for dead but survived to ID Soze as Kint.

As you know the scene itself isn't in the movie, but the Hungarians are all on the boat and so are all killed there. At some point before or while he is burned the Hungarian sees Soze face-to-face. How he knows it's Soze is not explained nor does it need to be. But good question.
