I cannot believe no one has mentioned Mulan.

Eddie Murphy was at his voice acting best.

If you don't like the show, stop watching it!

Voice acting best or not, he didn't belong in that film.

Wow, I'm surprised by the lack of Wall-E in here. I guess I prefer ones that move me, and have good messages, rather than those that are just funny and entertaining.

My list:
1. Wall-E (Just beautiful, and good message.)
2. Whisper of the Heart (Kids with artistic ambitions just speak to me. Very realistic and moving.)
3. Wolf Children (SO moving, and adorable! The best "unknown" movie, or "most underrated", if you will.)
4. The Iron Giant (Great message, very moving. I'm a sucker for robots with feelings.)
5. Finding Nemo (Funny, but also moving and inspiring.)
6. Zootopia (Was surprised by how great this one is. Great message too!)
7. Kiki's Delivery Service (Best feel-good movie ever, just makes me warm every time.)
8. Inside Out (Absolutely brilliant concept and ideas. Great message.)
9. Howl's Moving Castle (Very fascinating and unpredictable ride.)
10. Ratatouille (Funny and creative, good message.)

I grew up with the Disney classics, but I feel that they're all a bit too shallow and aimed towards children, today, to place any of them among these best ones.

Honorable mentions: Up, Spirited Away, Pocahontas, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Laputa, How to Train Your Dragon, The Emperor's New Groove, Aristocats, Meet the Robinsons, Song of the Sea.
