I don't think so. Toys are light weight.

I think the OP means the metal ramp they lowered which was dragging on the ground, throwing off sparks.

Have you driven a truck and could drag be felt? I know in a car one could feel the drag; however, on a truck, it would be a little bit tougher since trucks have more torque.
