Didn't think toy story was ever that great? It was cute, but I mean-- 93rd best movie OF ALL TIME? Not even close. Also, WHY CAN'T THE TOYS TALK TO THE OWNER. THEYD RATHER DIE THAN JUST SPEAK. IS THERE SOME KIND OF RULE THAT THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW OR SOMETHING?

shareWell I mean it is an animated film. There are movies like Star Wars, which obviously is not animated, that is a cult favorite. I am thinking all these movies are just cult favorites for some odd reason.
For me, the movie has to have an actor I know or who I can relate with and so I think really, it is up to our opinion. People like movies for different things and yes, the toys have instinct like humans do. When we see or meet something foreign, we fear or fight. The toy natural reaction is to freeze.
