I just watched this movie and have noticed about every character in it says
"Give it name"
What's that suppose to mean?

2 wrongs don't make a right but it damn sure makes us even

It's basically saying that the characters accept it as part of their lifestyles or part of the world. No matter how dramatic or detailed in obscenity that the individual situation is, it's happened before, it'll happen again, it's just happening under this name this time.

I'ts the same as "I can't call it". Which basically means what you see is what you get. Like when two friends bump into each other who ain't seen each other for some time, one will say, "Hey what's going on brother?, and the other will reply "I can't call it" it's just like hey ain't nothing really happening. I first heard that when I got sent down for a short stretch of time. Hope that helped a bit
