Man With The Plan...best movie villain ever?

I wish to nominate Christopher Walken's The Man With The Plan as the best movie villain in cinema history. Think about it, he looks like he's come from the morgue, he has the greatest dialogue to spit out (far to profane to give examples) and, well...it's Christopher Walken!
I defy anyone to come up with a more terrifying character, (Rutger Hauer's John Ryder and Kevin Spacey's John Doe are in the same ballpark), but don't even bother with Hannibal Lecter, Leatherface etc.

Bravo, brother!!! Bravissimo!! I agree with you 125% on that one!! That is reason enough to enjoy this movie over and over and over again!!!

I don't think he even makes it in the top 20.
