Didn't understand the ending (Spoiler)

Ok just saw this movie. Enjoyed it overall. Didn't understand the ending. It looks like Jimmy gets shot and then shows him on the boat with his friends. What does that mean? Somebody explain...

Rewatch the movie again and you will understand. Through out the movie they keep saying "Boatdrinks" and what it means is that in the end, when their in heaven or where ever they go, they will be sitting on a boat having drinks.

See, I don't think that answers it. How do you see Jimmy walking through the door of the diner after the boat drinks scene?

It's kinda like a flashback, to happier times when Jimmy "owned" the place.
