What does 'Mammy Rammer' mean?

In Things To Do In Denver When Your Dead Critial Bill calls the dead guy in the first part of the movie a "mammy Rammer" and he also calls mr. shh a mammy rammer i was just wondering if anyone knew what that ment?

well, let's see... mammy could mean mother, right? right. and to ram could mean to *beep* right? right. so rammer would then mean *beep* right? right. then mammy rammer could mean baby sitter, right? :)
