could not SEE the action!!

How can anyone NOT mention that you could not see the action of the film as it was shot so darkly!!! And the sound was awful!! I am sure I would have liked it more if I could SEE what the hell was going on!! I am an actor myself and if I put a scene on my reel shot in as much darkness as this was, with this bad sound quality, I am sure my reel would be tossed in the trash by whomever I gave it to to view. How could you NOT NOTICE this!!!

What movies, or shows have you been in?

Plotholes are like Bigfoot, people who claim to see them are just trying to stir things up.

Clearly an actor and not a director. Are we talking about the same film?

Give you something to go on. Just bought a beautiful Hitachi 42 inch HD TV, watched the sublime 'Denver,' then watched 'Fight Club'. Another amazing film but VERY dark! Ridiculously so. So much so that Norton and Pitt complain about it on the commentary!

So in comparision, 'Denver' looked just fine, better than fine! Considering there ARE daytime scenes! Not forgetting to mention that the fact that it is meant to be a dark film!

you guys need to fix your brightness/contrast settings.

fight club is one of the brightest films I can think of. high contrast aside, everything is under neon lights. this film mainly takes place in well lit locations and daytime scenes too, so...
