I'd have to go with the Godzilla line as the best overall, but this film had lots of them. I like the initial conversation with TMWTP as he asks Jimmy about his failing business and if he was gay:
"One minute you're saving the rainforest and the next you're chugging c**k". Laughed my butt off on that with!!
