does anyone know which comic this movie was based off of? I have been searching through old Vault of Horror/Tales from the Crypt comics but can't find it. I am trying just to get the comic cover like in the movie.

Yes this movie wasnt based on an old tales from the crypt comic it is an original movie. MOst of the tv episodes were based on comics but sometimes they were changed some are very different from the comics they were based on some were very close to the comics.
