I remember seeing this when it first came out. I taped it off television. It is a fun and kreepy movie with a cool story line and characters. Billy Zane was an awesome bad guy. Oh and awesome creatures too.
Does anyone know where I could get a copy of this or see it again. I lost my copy years ago.

sharethis is already a lost classic. Nothing against the other film, but it isn't in the same caliber as this one, and people who only saw the bordello film may just prejudge this as mediocre.
This has a lot going for it. I don't think it's perfect, but it has a classic look about it. The film maker fools us by beginning with the stereotype of the guy who looks bad chased by the guy who looks heroic, but all the time we know it's going to be the other way around. The way they do this is splendid, though, and they do it early enough in the film so that they don't look dumb, because everyone knows it. The events of the film are perfectly time.
