What version have I got?

I've got a Zone 4 version which says its "Uncut & unleashed" but it's not a double sided disc which features both versions either side like the American version, instead I have a single sided disc that has an English an a Japanese soundtrack, the Japanese soundtrack doesn't seem to have as much music, for example the Chun Li-Vega fight theres some sort of folky Japanese artist playing with a guitar.

I hear the Japanese version is uncut compared to the extended English dub version, what would these scenes be? The movie I have looks the same as the video that I have an that's the English dub that came out in '94.

Would anyone know if there is a difference between the Zone 1 & 4 versions?
